Each part or system is thoroughly inspected before each job to determine the ideal cleaning method. Only after we establish a proper cleaning procedure does our highly trained and experienced staff begin the cleaning process. When necessary, we can combine or create a specialized hybrid of these procedures to achieve the level of cleanliness each customer requires. Each staff member is held to very high standards and maintains consistent quality throughout the company. Our attention to detail is the reason we have been able to maintain a close and long-standing relationship with the U.S. military and other government agencies.

Quality Control

After completion of a job or customer work order, each part is inspected to ensure it meets not only our own but the customer’s cleanliness standards. We provide a certificate of conformance with every order guaranteeing the criteria have been met. Copies of all documents are retained at our facility on file for up to seven years.

To maintain the highest quality standards, our facility includes ISO 14644-1 class 5 and class 7 cleanrooms, as well as an ISO 9001:2015 customer service standard and a government-grade certification of AS9100D.  These certifications help us maintain one of the highest benchmarks of cleanliness in the industry and a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

We maintain a philosophy that the last step in the cleaning process is the first step in the verification process. We provide a final solvent flush, capture the solution, then filter it to analyze and measure any residual particles.

We Offer The Following Services:

  • Ultrasonic Cleaning – This method uses ultrasonic energy (high frequency sound waves) to enhance particle, soil, and grease removal from surfaces. Parts are submerged in detergents, deionized water, and/or solvents while subjected to ultrasonics.
  • Pressure Flush Cleaning – Solvents and/or ultra-pure deionized water are sprayed under pressure to further remove contaminants. This method is most often used in conjunction with ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Wipe Cleaning – ​Specialized lint free wipes and swabs, wetted with a solvent or deionized water, are used to hand clean delicate surfaces in conjunction with or instead of immersion cleaning.
  • High Pressure Pump Flush Cleaning – ​A high pressure pump is utilized to clean the interior of small diameter tubes, pipes, and other internal pathways to flush out contaminants. This method is performed with a variety of solvents as well as deionized water.
  • Verification​After cleaning, the parts undergo a verification process to guarantee we have met cleanliness requirements. Cleanliness verification may consist of any of the following: visual verification, particle count verification, or non-volatile residue (NVR) testing.

After cleaning, the parts are moved to the class 5 cleanroom for inspection, packaging, and labeling. We maintain a full inventory of packaging products from ultra-low outgassing polyethylene bags and tubing to anti-static packaging materials.

We work closely with our customers to supply them with packaging supplies and methods that meet their specific needs. The parts are then shipped, and tracking is provided to allow customers the ability to anticipate the arrival time of their parts. This helps them schedule installation to meet their deadlines.
